I'm your host, Jo. This website was created to hide from AI and algorithms, and to create an accessible location to share my zine catalogue and any art projects. This website is a work in process. Brb, gotta relearn HTML real quick.
I recently started making zines (July 2026), thanks to my friend, Haley. She dragged me into this world and it has consumed me. And now look at me: making a website, participating in Zinetober, going to Memphis Zinefest (as a fan, not tabling, I had no idea I would have enough zines to table by then). I'd tell you more about me, but I feel the zines I make say enough, for better or worse.
My other art, which I plan to some day put up here (once I figure out menus and new pages, I will be UNSTOPPABLE), consists of a lot of paper-based art (honestly, zines were a natural progression), photography, writing (which will Not be up here for the time being unless it's in a zine), sketching, and watercolors. I've also created some sculptures, but we don't talk about those. Additionally, I have my friends trying to get me into fiber crafts, but I know what a dark and expensive road that leads down and I'm not ready for that yet.
If you're curious, you can also find some of my other art pieces here.
